hi guys how u doing?im a new user of bb i have curve 890 and i was trying to upgrade my os (4.)
so i have installed the bb desktop software (latest addition ) and used it to update it took so long for the updating i decided to disconnect the bb ,i have done this twice,so now when i try to connect to the bb desktop software it wont connect me i have tried to use a different lap top used a different profile still wont connect me ,so i figured the problem is with the bb not the laptop,i have been looking for solution ,tried all of them nothing seemed to work ,the only thing i have not try is to wipe out the os on my bb,coz i will be out of my territory i dont wanna end up with non working bb right now every thing work fine it just that i can not connect,i have no bb media card (i dont think it has nothing to do with the problem) i have no data plane ,when i go to my computer in my laptop i see drive E (for my bb)so i guess i have no problem with the usb since the laptop could see it am considering to wipe out my os ,any suggestion?
