Please could someone help.
My bb appears to load, the white bar beneath the logo starts lighting up along the line but too slowly. Then it reaches nearly half way and turns off. When I then recharge the battery, the phone keeps attempting to reload for the duration. The battery is fully charged as I am able to use it on my old phone.
Any idea what is wrong please?

What did you do right before this happened the first time?

Did you drop it or get it wet?

Is the battery specifically for the 9900?
