My bb internet service or enterprise not connected how do i connect?

I have got bb internet services on my contract, had this contract for about a week now, been using it no problem, but it started last night, when my bb wont send bbm's, tried it again this moring and i still cant send a bbm, just come up with a red clock, also cant connect to internet
Anyone know why its doing this?

Have you tried a battery pull?
Have you tried resending the Service Books?
Have you contacted your service provider to see if there is a problem on your account or with a tower in your local area?

Tried the service books, but it said in queue until data coverage is available... what does this mean

It means you should call your carrier and make sure that your account is set up properly.
