I'm on Blackberry text & web tariff,do I still need to buy a Blackberry bolt for BBM?

Im really lost as to how this works so please explain

Probably best to call your carrier and ask. Does BBM work for you and do you have email access?

Those bolt-on plans are usually very specific about what they include. If it says "text and web" it most likely doesn't include data for email and BBM. You'll need to upgrade or add another bolt-on to your plan.

No I called them and recieved a text saying the bolt on will work in the next 48 hours and that I will get a text when this happens and its been 48 hours and I still havent heard from them?
