Hi,

1. I wanted to know if I have both WiFi and 3G running on the phone, will things like web browsing be done over the WiFi connection or the 3G? I have a very limited data plan so I wanted to know when I'm connected to WiFi that I'm not using my limited data from the 3G connection.

2. I wanted to know what differences are taking place in the phone when i switch the connection from 3G+2G to only 2G. How does this affect my data usage, web surfing, etc.

3. Is there any way to completely disable the 3G or 2G connection?

1. Unless you have a restriction on your WiFi router it should use the WiFI first. some apps only go over Cell data so you need to do some testing by shutting off all but wifi in the connections options.

2 3G offers higher speeds. Same amount is charged to your account

3 yes . Connections but you will not be able to make or receive calls,
