Question Broken button prevents password entry

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

After water damage to my blackberry one of the keys has stopped working. Unfortunately it is one of the characters in my password and so I can't get into my phone.

Is there any way to change the password on Desktop software perhaps? All other suggestions welcome.

I have heard that even with factory setting reset the password remains.

Many thanks,

you need to wipe the BB unless you want to try to replace the keyboard.
It will delete everything and set it back to factory. do a backup first so you can restore your data.
