Hey, everytime I turn on wifi my broswer works and the other apps(fb,twitter,opera mini)do not.hoew can I fix this??

Who is your carrier?

Right I want to change from virgin to orange but it won't let me connect to the internet only through wifi but I don't have that problem with virgin why is this?
