Hope someone can help, this is driving me mad.
I've just got a Blackberry Curve 8900 to replace my old 8900. Everything was fine on the old phone. With this new one I cannot set up my email account as I do not get the option to add my personal email account, only the enterprise work account.
I have an active internet plan with Yoigo (Spanish carrier) which i know is all fine because like i say everything works in my old phone.
I've tried to set it up through options, set up wizard. When i tried to set it up through the BB website it says the device is not registered. I have registered it, i get the confirmation message.
I've tried wiping the handset back to default settings, deleting the service books, resending the host routing, everything!!! Internet works fine on the phone, BB messenger, i just cannot configure my email account.
