Default Viewing PST files, ENTERPRISE ENVIRONMENT

I work in IT support, here is my situation......

A few months back one of our users was upgraded to a BB Bold 9930. There was a setting that transferred during activation to the 9930 where he could see his archive(PST file). It was working fine up until last week when he had a problem on his phone and had to go through an Enterprise Activation on this same 9930. After that activation we are unable to get the archive to show again in his inbox folder list. There is a setting under RECONCILIATION in Desktop Manager v5.0 where you can point to a PST file but Desktop Manager v5.0 crashes whenever you plug in the BB Bold 9930. I tried to test mine but it also crashes when I plug in my Bold 9650. My co-worker plugged in his Bold 9630 and he was able to set it up and access his archive on his BB. Iíve installed the Desktop Manager version 6 but there is not an option to point to a PST file.

Has anyone else dealt with this? Any info would be appreciated.

The ability to synchronize PST files has been removed from BlackBerry Desktop Software 6.0.

I appreciate the feedback. I pretty much figured version 6.0 didnt have that option available.

Version 5 does have the option but crashes when I plug in a 9930 or 9650. It will work with a 9630. I've tried the install on multiple pc's and the same issue occurs. I guess the 9930 and 9650 arent compbatible with Desktop Manager V5.0 or lower. It looks like I am out of luck.

Unless someone else has a solution you may be right.
