so i tried connecting my blackberry to my computer for an update which crashed half way through. I then reset my blackberry but its taking ages to do the security software verification, and as soon as the verification finishes after about 20 mins it automatically comes up with an error, so the same process has to be done again which ends up with the same out come. I have also tried connecting it back upto my computer but the blackberry desktop software isnt picking my blackberry up. help meee! :(

You need to wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see our FAQ) and then install the OS for your specific device (see the sticky at the top of the 9300 for the OS and for instructions).

You must be patient and let it run, as it can take an hour or longer.

Also dont load any third party apps untill your sure alll is ok.
