Hi everyone,

I have a bit of a problem I'm hoping someone can help me with.

I've had my Blackberry 9900 for less than 24hrs and I'm not sure if it's faulty or not.

If I play back an MP3 or ringtone via the built in speaker the sound distorts really badly to the point I can only have the sound about on low.
When making a call it doesn't sound too bad but as it's my first Blackberry I have no comparison.

Can anyone help please?
