Hi all, new to this so hope I'm posting in right area - yesterday, my Bold came up with a white screen, and tiny message in the centre saying app error 606 and then reset underneath it. then the phone shuts down, powers itself back up and goes back to the same message. have tried taking the battery out, and leaving it out for a while, plugging it into my laptop etc, but nothing makes any difference. Having bought this phone less than a year ago I am somewhat frustrated and disappointed. Any suggestions?

You most likely will have to reload the handheld (BlackBerry) OS.
