Hi all, I've recently bought a bb on contract purely for the use of blackberry messenger but every time I try and add a contact it just says 'pending' I'm also having trouble downloaded apps from the app world but my Internet browser is working fine. My contract includes 100mb of Internet and I was told this would be enough for blackberry messenger. One last thing I've tried to set up an email account and it will only let me set up a business enterprise account and not a personal one ??

Call your carrier and tell them exactly what you want - if you need BBM then you will need to have a BlackBerry Data Plan or add-on added to your account. This is different than a 100mb data plan.
