Is Blackberry Maps installed?

You can check by going to Options -> Device -> Application Management. if not download it via App Store.

yes. blackberry maps 6.1.0.25 is available in application management

ok is it hidden, I have found that under BBOS7 there are items that are automatically hidden (Maps wasnt one of them though).

To enable view hidden items click on the blackberry key when in the 'All' draw and click show hidden on the menu.

I have already done that, showing All icons, but still not available, im trying also to download the blackberry maps from the link sent to my email and it says my device does not meet the system requirements that were needed to support blackberry maps.

ok I dont know then, I have a 9360 and it works fine on that, I would uninstall it and reinstall it and see if that helps.
