Redirection Settings not saving selected folders
 

We are trying to setup Redirection of folders to the handset also rather than just Inbox/sent items. Running BES 5.0

I go into Manage Users - Select the user - Messaging configuration - Default configuration - E-mail - Edit User and under Redirection Settings i select “Selected Folders”. I then choose the sub folders i want. After I save all I go back in to view my changes. None of the folders I selected are no longer highlighted and it does nothing. Any ideas why? Emails dont go to the blackberry.

Hi,

Thanks for that. But doesn't solve my issue. I stated that I do the exact steps that link mentions from the BES 5.0 server, but when I go back into the redirection setting for the user the folders I choose are no longer highlighted.

Have you searched the BES Admin Corner?
