Default Blackberry Bold 9700 Error 102 Constantly!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700, and recently everytime I take out the battery and put it back in, it brings up error 102 and I have to keep restarting. It did it yesterday and I had to reload the software back onto it using desktop device manager.

This morning it did the same thing and I went through the same process, but it froze in the middle of it and went off the screen. I tried turning the phone on and it came up with the same error message. Now when I try connecting it to the PC using the USB to reset and reload using the desktop manager, it won't pick it up on my laptop that it is connected.

I have no idea what I can do, I have tried everything including using the Apploader to do it that way and still nothing. Can anyone help?

It sounds like your hardware is damaged. Have you gotten it wet or dropped it recently?

What did you do just before this began to occur?

JL_CMDR error log after jvm error 102

If it doesn't connect to DM/AppLoader see the sticky at the top of the Help Section, See the FAQ to help get Jl_cmdr to connect, and/or try BBSAK (also see the FAQ)

No, it hasn't been dropped or wet lately.

It was at the point saying Connecting to JVM that the desktop manager froze up and closed.

So you have done one or both of those at some point in the device's past?

I have blackberry 9700 and my JVC 102 error. I downloaded JL_CMDER and clicked option 2 event log but when I do that it just says error during open: 80040154 unable to open port. Could someone please hellp me?
