Default Installing Korean/Japanese/Chinese

I'm reading on certain sites that I'd have to download an exe file and then sync it with my Desktop Manager, but it sounds shady. Or am I being too skeptical..

I'd just like to know a trusted/proper way of getting the East Asian Language Pack on my Bold 9700! I used to have it and I remember it being super simple..

Appreciate your input!
