I have defected to an i phone! can any one tell me how to remove my contacts /tel numbers and also old e mails, ideally want to clear the history so i can then sell it ( Curve 8520 )

Use Desktop Manager and create a backup. That will backup all of your data onto your PC and then you can restore it to a new device.

Perform a Security Wipe on the device to remove all the old data.
