My bold 9780 no longer recognises my 4GB Micro SD memory card; when i try to view a picture it just comes up with the standard image icon and will not let me view it. My music will no longer play either; it says 'An error has occurred attempting to play media.'
When i plug my USB connecting my phone to my laptop it also does the same exact things. :( Someone help please

Sounds like the card is either damaged or the file(s) might be corrupted. Try to put the card in a reader attached to your PC to see if it can be read.

Thank you for your reply. I have done that and the PC doesnt recognise it either. But i have files on the same memory card from a previous phone that i put onto the phone when i first purchased it and they can still be recognised.
