My BB has the white screen of death. I have downloaded "Pocket Controller Pro for Blackberry" App which is a way for me to control the phone from my PC. I've installed everything that's necessary via Desktop Manager but the App won't start because the agent that needs to run on the BB isn't enabled (or rather the permissions settings aren't).
Is there a way to change the permission settings on the Apps via my PC or the root directory files? I cannot access anything on my phone because of the white screen of death. Please advise.
Wipe , reload OS and follow instructions on setting up the app.
you should not be gettting the white screen unless the App is corrupted or corrupting the OS.
