As said above try to delete the app as it may have a corrupt file or is not compatible with your device.
Have you tried a battery pull? If that doesn't fix the problem:
See the sticky at the top of the BB Help section if it doesn't connect. You can also try connecting using BBSAK (see the FAQ).
Most likely, you need to wipe the device with Jl_cmdr (see our FAQ) and then install the OS for your specific device- 8520 - (see the sticky at the top of the 8500 for the OS and for instructions).
You must be patient and let it run, as it can take an hour or longer. |
