Hey. I dont know how to explain this fully as this is my first BB. I aquired a BB off a friend. When i bought it off him it still worked ok but the sim i was using got broke. so i put a new sim in on o2 (like the old 1) (i configured it first by ringing o2) and for some reason i can't make any calls or texts. I just keep getting Call Failed message. I have the BB data plan and GPRS workes fine and i did try the sim in another BB and i could make calls on that so i know its not the sim. Im all registered with BB protect and can download apps and things and everything else works fine. What can i do ? do i get the phone flashed or is there a simple solution for this. i think it might of got blocked somehow and if it has will flashing it work ? Any help would be grate. Thanks

If it got blocked, flashing will do no good.

Generally phones get blocked when they are reported as stolen.
