8520 blackberry stuck on reset screen

my bb has been stuck on the reset screen and I have no idea what to do... It has never fall or spilled with water... however I downloaded a new application for photos and in general lately was a little bit slow. the bb has stuck on letter E and i have download the desktop manager but it doesn't seem to recognize the device either .

I have no data back up.

Can you plz offer me a solution that will not affect my data either ??

Which reset screen? What letter E?

If you have no backup, your data is most likely gone.
