Default Dropping Signal When Charging

Please Login to Remove!

I have had my Blackberry 9700 for around two weeks at most. Whenever I try charging it, it drops the signal and only allow emergency calls or it keeps searching for network. I tried other chargers and there was no difference I tried a similar battery and chargers with the phone and the problem remained. However my battery and charger works in other phone without losing signal. What is causing this and should I have the unit replace or can some help me in getting it to work? Solutions please.

Double post and a useless, fatally flawed poll. Not a good start.

Try a hard reset (battery pull with power on, for 30 seconds). Make sure you are in a location with good, steady signal. Try again.

Maybe the OP needs to have a poll to justify his problem. Easier than reading responses.

Ok here it comes.....
