Question E mail & sms problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hello
I have a BB 8520. email messages and SMS do not appear in the email and sms box. It is even showing the number of unread mail and sms but it can't be seen as they used to. Any ideas? A message is coming saying (U R attempting to open a secure connection but the server's certificate has expired ) . Another issue is that new contacts can't be added it looks as that file is missing , what can i do about it.

If your device actually says "U R", then your device is fake and not actually a BlackBerry.

Regarding the New Contacts issue. If you have recently installed/upgrade Windows Live Messenger or AIM or Yahoo IM clients, then you may experience an issue or two with respect to adding/deleting/editing contacts.

Are you on WiFi when you get this error?
