I having problems with my 9800. I cannot access to my messages accounts.
I have 3 email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail and FFE), I have also a link to the SMS messages (text).
I only can enter in the Gmail account, neither the Hotmail, FFE, SMS or Messages (all of the notifications). When I try to entry, the phone gets block and I only can recover the control pressing the red key. In the next video you will see clearly:

It is a BB Torch 9800 with the Software 6.0 Bundle 2949.

And, to add, I already tried popping the battery out and then back it. Still with the same issue.

That is odd. I have never seen this before. If the battery pull didn't work. I would suggest trying to delete your service books for those accounts and resend them. Or upgrade your OS.
