Hello, i own a Nextel BB 8350i thats resetting its self on no end and gives me this error code: JVM Error 102
And then a little sign that says reset that when you push it just gives me the same code.
I tried backing it up and it actually got worst, it wont turn back on. Any ideas whats going on?

It is time to get a new device. The 8350 is deprecated.

Try to wipe it out and reload the OS.

Latest OS: 8350i 5.0.0.1402/5.0.0.807 (Multilanguage) has the details on how to do that.
