Hey, recently I've had a problem where my phones signal is extremely patchy outside my home, it didn't bother me until my phone just went dead. I receive no Blackberry messenger pings, emails, texts, incoming calls, email and so on. Nothing, the weird thing is that I'm still connected to my Mobile Network and I can connect to wifi. I can't access the internet even with the internet on.

Strangely, when I take my sim card out the wifi works perfectly fine.

I thought maybe my Blackberry Messenger service had run out because it has been a long time but I have not been notified or told it would run out.

Sounds like you need to check with T-Mobile about your BB Data plan.

Did it get wet or was it dropped recently?

It's gotten slightly wet a couple of times but nothing serious.

what does "slightly" wet mean?

Some devices have been known to malfunction just from the moisture in a pant pocket.

Water & cell phones dont mix very well.

Ditto on liquid water and moisture....doesn't take much.

But in addition to the above suggestions, besides having your carrier confirm your account is properly configured, you may need a new SIM card.
