Hi All,

I have, for the first time in my life, purchased a new blackberry bold 9900. I have never owned a blackberry prior to this.

Now here is the problem i hope you can help me with. When i click the phone lock button on the top of the phone the screen goes dark (as to expect) but the strange thing is that if i shake the phone the screen comes back alive again...is that meant to happen???

Define shake.

The answer is the screen should not come on with small shocks and vibrations of regular use.
