Default Pearl 9105 can't be recorded on BIS Services

A friend of mine bought a Pearl 9105 from Hong Kong for me. I recorded the IMEI of the device on the national recording system of Turkey and bought a BIS package from my provider Turkcell. But BIS services like BBM and Appworld didn't start to run. I called mobile provider for many times but only thing they said was "Go to Host Routing table, press register now and remove your battery when the device is turned on then plug the battery, it's gonna work." I tried it millions of times but still it's written "no entries" in HRT menu.

Then I thought if there is a problem with the imei number. I checked from the device menu, back of the battery and box all of them matching it seems there is no problem. but when i check from imei check websites
it's written the model of the phone recorded as 8900. I'm confused and don't know what to do. Even the mobile provider can't help about this and I don't know what to do. Any suggestions? Thanks..

Was it a used device? If so, the previous owner might have used BIS and did not cancel it.

Is the device unlocked? Do you have voice and SMS working?

When you entered the IMEI into the BIS site, did you also enter the device PIN? Did you check the device itself to see what it is reporting as IMEI and PIN?

Hi,
I have just purchased a blackberry bold 9900 from a private sale - the phone works fine though I'm having major difficulties setting up my email account. The reasoning being is that the previous owners blackberry profile is still linked to the phone. I have tried contacting my provider, there provider but they could not help in deleting the profile. Since then i have tried to contact the owner - and cannot get in contact. Does anyone have suggestions in how I could wipe the blackberry profile from the server so I can successful use my email account to it? I have also done a blackberry wipe from my phone - this did not help

Hello, if you mean by BIS site, this: turkcell. blackberry. com
says my BIS account is suspended or deactivated. :(

The box was closed and device looked perfectly new to me when I took it. I can't understand what the problem is. It's also weird it's written 8900 when I check it's imei from another sites.

Today I completely formatted my device with BBSAK and installed my mobile service providers 9105 OS. but still it's the same, not working :(
