i connect my blackberry 9780 its start updating software , thn i disconnect blackberry and the software update remain incomplete. Now whenever i connect my blackberry this error message came " App World Web Plugin Error
An error has occurred communicating with the BlackBerry App World Web plugin. Please restart your device and try again. If you have content protection enabled on your device, please disable and try again "
i try it again and again but i doesn't work.
how i can fix it

Delete the plugin (From your computer). And try reconnecting to your device. It's not a wise move to disconnecta device from the PC or DM when you are updating or downloading or installing anything. I am not sure if you mean updating the OS or updating an app from App World on your computer.

Did you delete the App World Plugin from your computer? If not, then you will have to.

Reboot your PC, then go to App World and download the plugin again.



Why can't you update the App from your actual device?

I've deleted App World Plugin from my computer still not working same error appear.

Are you able to download any apps from App World (from your device)?

If not, you may have to reload your OS.
