| 9360 Email Problems Please Login to Remove! I recently got myself a 9360 and I love the phone. I also upgraded the unit to 7.1.0.336 and it works great except one thing. I cannot seem to send or receive emails using my corporate account. The account uses BIS and I never really had problems with it when I was using my older 9300. When I migrated to the new phone using phone switch, the corporate email doesn't work anymore. Whenever I would send an email, a red X appears and it says General Failure. My Gmails work fine. I tried a number of batter pulls after I deleted and recreated the account on my phone and still nothing. I even tried resending the service books and still nothing. I even have full access to my BIS through my subscriber and recreated my email there and still nothing. I'm considering doing a wipe but that's a little harsh. Any ideas? I don't know what to do, actually. Please help me! |
