Default Mail pass

Please Login to Remove!

my BB stopped getting/sending emails and asked me to verify my pass, tried to follow all instruction but nothing works so far.
I cannot create "Blackberry Internet Service acc" on my comp or BB9780;
in my mail box : User account is in INVALID mode.

My provider is O2 UK
Please HELP !!

It's something used on a comp apparently.

kjaniec, do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan or add-on on your account?
You Must have a BlackBerry Data Plan to set up e-mail

You dont create BIS account on either. You need to go to the carriers server site to do anything with email. This is provided you have a blackberry data plan.
