Hi.

I had a Blackberry Curve, now I did a full wipe on it, when you do the wipe will that wipe everything on the phone? Including Emails etc.

I tried to look in the set-up part to delete the email that is attached to the BB but I couldn't find the set-up, I sold the phone last night but just worried just in case the emails are still gonna be recieved on the phone?

Thanks

Default Re: Question

If you did not remove the accounts from BIS they will continue to go once the service books are resent.

To save you some grief and also the buyer, call your carrier and specifically ask to cancel your BIS account. That way the buyer can set up his or her email and use RIM services.
