I have been having no problems with my phone either receiving or sending e.mails until last night when I tried to reply to one and it would not go. It came up with a tick which very quickly changes to a red cross. It is still doing this today, e.mails are still coming in though. As far as I know I haven't changed anything without knowing. the only thing I did do yesterday was connect the phone to the computer to see if there was anything about the Blackberry App store which my phone won't acknowledge. Can anyone help please as this is very frustrating. I am not very good with phones!

p.s. I have just tried taking the battery out for 30 seconds but that has still made no difference. Messages coming in but won't send out.

check with your service provider and make sure you still have a blackberry data plan.
You can also log into the BIS server and resend your service books or try if from the BB or desktop manager.
