Hi,
I have Blackberry Bold 9780. For last few days, I am unable to access Address book. Everytime i open my contacts, the phone hangs and the message comes as below : "Uncaught exception application net_rim_bb_addressbook_app(1334) is not responding: process terminated".
I do not have windows Messenger or Yahoo messenger installed. So i dont know why i am facing this problem. Plz help what should i do?

Something corrupted the OS. Unless you added any third party apps just before this started it might be good to do either an OS update or or replacement. Check in the FAQ section for info on doing this.
