Default Asking for Enterprise account and giving me no option for BIS (Curve 9300)

Please Login to Remove!

I've searched high and low for information on this but have failed to find any solution to my problem.

I have a Blackberry Curve 9300 on O2 UK with a Blackberry Text and Web tariff. All has worked fine since I got it in December until a few days ago, when it hung at the splash screen. I wiped the device and installed OS 6. All seems to be working okay except:

I cannot set up my email to work with it. It's asking for an enterprise account activation which I do not have, and it won't give me any option to login with a BlackBerry Internet Service account which is what I do have (I'm assuming). Why is this happening and how can I set it to login with my BIS?

I seem to remember it being fairly straightforward to setup when I got the device and had no such problems.

Thanks for any help.

I would check with O2. It sounds like the Text and Web data plan does not include email.

You need a full Blackberry dataplan for email.

My O2 tariff details:

"Your current tariff is BlackBerry(R) Text and Web
Free UK texts to standard UK mobiles 500MB Internet in UK and unlimited access to BlackBerry email.
You have 2990 texts and 500.0 MB left."

The email worked fine before the wipe.

Go onto their web site and resend your Service Books.

Took the battery out, restarted it and strangely enough it's all working again. Problem solved. Thanks.
