I am new to the forum and am asking for help on a problem with my Blackberry Curve 8520. I have one e-mail which I cannot delete. I have tried a hard and soft reset but without success. Has anyone any ideas please!!!

Could be corruption in the messages database. You might have to clear the database, which will delete all of your email, but it will get rid of the one that will not delete.
