Hi I'm very angry.

I set up a password for my phone and I KNOW what it was, it made me type it in twice and I stared at it. I went to unlock it and it said it was incorrect, so i VERY CAREFULLY checked for caps, symbols, sticky keys, all correct. It said incorrect, last attempt and asked me to type in blackberry. I called tech assistance and was told that basically there was nothing they can do. I tried one last time, my screen went white and it erased everything except my pictures. Has this happened to anybody else before?

That is the way security works on the BB. Sounds like everything worked correctly.

If you don't remember the password, or you found a BB with a password, and enter it incorrectly 10 times, all data is wiped. And if you don't have a backup, then it is really lost.
