Hello everyone,

my blackberry is frozen and its progress bar is stuck at "e" (about 3/4ths) of the startup bar (this started yesterday). I tried a battery pull out and kept it lying outside for a whole day. In addition to this, my desktop manager and bbsak aren't detecting my device at all! (jl_cmder doesn't work since my computer is a 64 bit windows 7)

Can someone please help me out?

Try another PC has a 32 bit and try run your BlackBerry to JL_Cmder.
