Default bold 9790 not connected to bis

hi guys i have a bb bold 9790 which has been working for since i got it a couple of weeks ago but last night i lost connection to bis i tried a battery pull a few times but im still not getting a connection i phoned my network who said that bb had an issue yesterday evening effecting all users but my gf hasnt had any problems. when i pull the battery after the reboot it shows my network, 3g, bb icon and signal then the bb icon dissappers.

when i run the diginostic test it says blackberry regestration no so i tried to register and it says its sent the message but nothing after that.

anyone got an idea how to sort it?

Under Networks and Connections, what does it say under Mobile Networks? Are your Data Services turned on/off?

If you have universal search, then type Analyzer from the Homescreen and choose BlackBerry Device Analyzer, and under Cellular Network Connection Issues, choose 'Cannot Connect to Network'. Press the 'Start' button to begin your NCT (Network Connection Test)
