Default Mobile network problems

I have a curve 9360, and i have had so many problems. The main problem is the mobile network, when im at home for some reason it works fine, sometimes not the best but it works. When i leave my house to go somewhere the mobile network shuts off says its `searching for network` and i cant text... bbmm.. do anything to contact anyone. sometimes when im at a shopping mall i can connect in some places, this never used to happen before. is there anything i can do to fix this? i went to options and status and then networks and connections and the mobile network says data services are on and on while roaming; network selection mode is automatic and i have it on 3g

There may be issues with Bell in your area. You may want to contact them. Also, try removing the battery for a minute to see if that helps.

Do they all live with you? Are they the same model device? Let's try to isolate here.

Have you dropped the device? Has it been in contact with moisture or gotten wet? For example, have you had it in the bathroom with you while you shower?

You may need your PRL updated. I am not sure of the steps to do that with Bell, you would need to contact them, they may be able to send the update to your phone or walk you through the steps needed.

With the 9360, the OP should be using Bell's HSPA network, not the old CDMA one so a PRL shouldn't be an issue.
