Exclamation my email won't work??

Please Login to Remove!

ok, i set up blackberry with an email account, and for some weird reason, the email account got blocked. i went on at microsoft to get it back, but it seems its gone forever. but the real problem is that now i cant use the email on my blackberry! evertime i go onto email set-up, it promps me to put in the password for the (blocked) email account, and activate it! but, because its blocked, it cant, so it says unable to connect to your session. i tryed rebooting the phone, doing a factory wipe, then putting my bb account back in, changing the email associated with my blackberry account (the log in email), clearing the outgoing server connection. what else is there for me to try! i'v tryed multiple times to enter the email, through different steps, but i always get back to that screen. can anyone help, its kinda my blackberry's prime purpose -.- thanks

from your device browser go to www.blackberry.com/integrate it will register you back on the wireless network and allow you to enter setup information for your e-mail.

didnt work, i got this message "a new blackberry devise has been detected. you must move your email acounts on this device. to move an email account, you will need to type the email password. at least once email account must be moved to set upemail on this devise" then it takes me back to the screen of "enter password here" and doesnt give me the option to change the email -.- any idea's?

What happens when you try to log in to here BlackBerry Internet Service

Can you not edit your old account and add another?

Are you sure that you have a BB data plan active on your account?

Have you resent the service books (see the FAQ) and performed a battery pull?

Then it is time to call your provider and ask for a BlackBerry Data Plan. Either you do not have one, bought the phone used and the PIN may still be linked to another account.

This goes beyond having an e-mail account blocked.
