Default email and bbm not working again!

Hi All

I have a 9900. Back in Janurary, the email and bbm stopped working for no reason.

T-mobile were completey useless in sorting the problem, suggesting i send it for repair, although i cant be without it as it has all my contacts etc on it, and they offered me a rubbish nokia while it was to be repaired which could take a month!

Then last week, it all started working again. I was sooooo happy.

Tonight, I updated the firmware to the latest official version, and email and bbm has stopped working completely. I have tried battery pulls, but nothing seems to work.

Has anyone else had this happen, and any ideas on how to sort it out.

Please do not double post as one is enough. Your second thread has been closed.

Do you have a BB data plan active on your account? If so, resend the service books (see the FAQ for instructions). If not, call T-Mo and have them re-add it.

Then do a battery pull - with the device on, remove the battery for 30-60 seconds, put it back in and let it reboot.

Sorry for the double post, i was just about to remove it and someone has closed it..

I do have the BB plan, it was all working fine from last week, until tonight, when i updated the firmware, and it has stopped working again.. Spoken to tmobile many times before about this but they dont know why it has happened.. Just seems strange that all of a sudden last week it started working fine again and not it isnt.

I just wondered if anyone else with the 9900 has had this problem?

Did you try resending service books and the battery pull?
