My bb torch 9800 wont finish restarting

I need help help urgently and quickly please i was updating my blackberry when the current went and the phone was disconnected and it was restarted and now my blackberry torch 9800 wont finish restarting. It started to load and seemed to be finish but it froze for about 30 min and ten a message came up "app error 200"....... what can i do i need help please

Do a battery pull with the device ON. If that doesn't reset then you will have to reload the OS. Look here.
