Hey, on my bold 9000 i have the firmware 4.6 installed. I'd like to install the newest version which is something with 5. I downloaded the file, installed it on my pc and had to restart the pc. now as soon as I am opening Blackberry Desktop Software I get the error message telling me to insert a device to device\Device\Harddisk2\DR2. This won't disappear when I click cancel neither retry. Furthermore when I try to apply data changes via desktop software it won't work! Can you please help me? Thanks in advance!
