Hello everyone, i'm here because I think you guys are expereinced and know how to fix this I hope.
I inserted a new sim card to my black berry device, it's a bold 9900.
Then it tells me to log in black berry app world to activate the device.
When I insert the username and password it says "unable to log in your blackberry account"
So then I waited, and tried, then it said I had the wrong password, so I rested my password and tried and it gave me the same message, after that I saw it told me the password is wrong, even though i'm 100% sure I changed it.
Can someone please help me?
Now every time I try to log in it says:
You have exceeded the number of attempts to sign in.
Try again in 15 minutes.
I wait 15 minutes and try to log in but still gives me the same message.
