Please Login to Remove! Hi everyone,
on a BB 8520, the BB ID is not accpeted when trying to log in through the app world. the error it displays is 'the ID is not identified with the BB'
we then try to create another ID using the APP WORLD web site on the computer desktop and we tried to log it in on the phone, its not accepting it still. we also changed the password of the original ID and try to log in again it returns same error.
what can I do.
