This device is a BB 9700 BOLD and it has been working fine until this week.
This is a work phone and I can receive my work email (via BES) normally at all times. At times I use the phone to browse the internet while my device is connected to my home wifi network (so that it does not use the bankwidth of my company's mobile data).
The problem is: I start Blackberry Browser, enter any website address, the system responses with "Requesting..." and the progress bar is displaying normally. The progress bar starts from the left and end in the right but no contents is ever displayed since a few days. After waiting for about a minute, it gives the following message: "Unalbe to connect to the selected mobile data service, plesae try again later. If problem persists please contact your administrator". What has gone wrong?
The active connection to my BB device is normally both mobile network and my own home wif-fi network. I am sure my device has connected to my home wifi successfully. This is because my private emails come to the BB even after I switch off the connection of the BB device to the mobile data network.
