Default I cannot receive e-mails anymore

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys,I really need help my bb 8520 curve doesn't receive e-mails I deleted the e-mails accounts & tried to reload them but it cannot configure my accounts,, my enterprise activation is not active please help guys I don't know what to do.

Also log into the BIS server and see if the email is configured if it's one you added or want to add.
did you change plans? You need a blackberry plan for email.

Pull the battery to reload the phone. if that does not work then
fourstringfuror's suggestion should be taken.

firewall???? The BB should not receive email after any firewall unless everyone in his company has the same issue. I'm not sure he is on a BES system.
RIM sends the email after the servers do the forwarding or direct email to the account.
